This includes removal of snow and ice, opening gates and moving furniture and fragile items. - Get property management approval in advance if any policies or restrictions apply to your appointment. Examples include homeowner's associations, rental properties and military bases. - An adult, age 18 or over (19 or over in AL or NE, 21 in Puerto Rico), with a valid government issued photo ID must be present during the duration of the appointment. - Secure your pets during the time of your appointment. - If you had accessories, parts or additional products shipped to your home that are needed for the appointment, ensure they have arrived and are available for our team. - Ensure that adequate parking space is available, particularly if you live in an area with limited or restricted parking.
