Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting ahands-on French brasserie cooking classon Sunday, October 25. You'll work through Parisian bistro classics – from croque monsieur bites and moules marinières to steak frites – and finish with a caramelized tarte Tatin. Best of all, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
