Directions: Meet at the trailhead at the end of Fairway Dr in Novato. From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the Ignacio Blvd/Bel Marin Keys Blvd exit west on Ignacio Blvd approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Fairway Dr and follow approximately 1.8 miles to the end (dead end).

Meet ranger Lauren for a walk in this beautiful canyon to view a waterfall nestled amidst the trees. A discussion of creek ecology, watersheds, and water conservation will be included on the way. The trail is fairly level but there are a couple creek crossings using rocks and logs; approximately 1 mile roundtrip. Dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be on leash. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt, check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.
