Join an Open Space Ranger for a guided walk on the Deer Island Loop Trail as we explore the area's fascinating history while enjoying the sunrise. If the weather cooperates, it will be a great opportunity for stunning photography! Distance: 2.0 miles; elevation gain:130 feet. Please bring multiple layers, water, and a flashlight. Friendly dogs are ok but must be on a leash. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. To confirm the status, check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event. Registration is required.
