Planting at Stafford Lake
Meet at Stafford Lake Park in Novato (3549 Novato Blvd). From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the exit for San Marin Dr west 2.9 miles. Turn right onto Novato Blvd and follow for 2.6 miles. The park is on the left. Turn right after the gate house and follow to the last parking lot.

Join us in enhancing habitat along a seasonal creek in the center of the bike park. Our palette of native plants will attract pollinator species, improve aesthetics, and prevent erosion and sediment impacts in the lake, which is a drinking water source for North Marin residents. Appropriate for ages 10 and older. We’ll provide snacks and water. Bring gloves and a water bottle. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt, text or call (415) 763-2977 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.
