Public Forum to Help Shape Affordable Housing in Sausalito

The City of Sausalito invites community members to two upcoming public forums in September to meet the development teams competing to build affordable housing on two City-owned properties: Site 84 (Martin Luther King Jr. Park Property) and Site 75 (the Corporation Yard).
This public forum will focus on Christian Church Homes (CCH) / Collective Operations at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29
The development teams have proposed concepts for both sites. The forums will take place at Sausalito Center for the Arts (SCA). The first forum took place on Tuesday, September 22.

These forums are the community's opportunity to hear directly from each team, review their concepts for the two sites, ask questions, and offer feedback before the City moves toward selecting a development partner. Questions may be directed to the Community Development Department at (415) 289-4100.
