Our mission is to instill a love of learning in children, supporting them to be curious and flexible thinkers who are confident in themselves and their community. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing low-income and underprivileged resident of Marin County with information,resources support,services , and educational opportunities that help individuals acquire job skills,develop self esteem,reach econominc self-sufficiency, and help promote and develop a sense of community.
Marin City Library
The Marin City Library recognizes that school libraries provide an essential role in the learning and teaching of our community's youngest minds. Our library has partnered with the Sausalito Marin City School District (SMCSD) to support the planning and coordinating of the school library services for both school campuses. The MC Library and SMCSD are fully committed to providing equitable educational instruction and access to resources enabling all SMCSD students to develop the necessary skills to be successful in the 21st Century and beyond.

Bridge the Gap College Prep
The mission of Bridge the Gap is to provide comprehensive educational, social and emotional resources to underserved students in Marin City and Southern Marin. Our goal is to ensure that all students graduate high school and achieve their greatest potential through college completion or other pathways to economic sustainability and independence.
Our vision is for all students to achieve their greatest potential with equitable access, opportunities, and choice.
The Lab
The Lab is a makerspace, creator-space, hackerspace, coding-space, gaming-space, idea-space, and much more. Our goal is to inspire creativity, entrepreneurship, design, play, mentorship, and collaboration.
We offer free access to resources and technology for all library patrons. The Lab is open to all ages and skill levels, and is most suited to ages 8 and up, depending on the equipment. Patrons will receive training in order to use the equipment.
