Join Ranger Rocky at the beach for an exciting kite-themed afternoon by the coast! We'll begin the day by learning about white-tailed kites. After that, we'll build our own kites and enjoy flying them. Bring your own kite if you have one. Friendly dogs welcome on leash. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event. Registration is required.

Meet at the beach near the north parking lot at Stinson Beach. From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 20.4 miles to Olema. Turn left onto Hwy 1 and follow it for 13.6 miles. Turn right at the Stinson Beach Parking (GGNRA) sign, then park in the first lot on the right.
