Meet at the Roy's Redwoods Loop trailhead on Nicasio Valley Rd in San Geronimo. From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 10.8 miles, turn right onto Nicasio Valley Rd. The gate is approximately 0.5 miles up on the right.
Kinderfest is a great event for the entire family. Enjoy live music and dancers in traditional dress who perform Schuhplattler and other dances popular at seasonal festivals in Germany and Austria. Authentic German/Austrian foods and imported and domestic beers and other drinks are available. Children can compete for prizes in forest meadow games or join other kids in dances on the Fest dance floor. It's a fun-filled day that is sehr gemütlich (very pleasant) for all ages.
Celebrate with great food, drink, live music, and dancing at the traditional German festival, Kinderfest! This is one of the two public events put on by the SF Nature Friends (Naturfreunde) at the Tourist Club near Muir Woods. Hike in and enjoy Alpine music, food, dancing, and fun! Cash only for tickets and purchases on-site.
The 5th annual SRPF is happening on Sunday, September 20 from 12 to 5pm. Join us for this free community music event in the beloved Gerstle Park neighborhood of San Rafael, California.

Celebrate Harvest Season at Larson Family Winery on September 20th from 11am-2pm! Enjoy wagon tours, grape stomping, barrel tastings with our winemaker, and live music by Lindsay Gang.
