Take a culinary trip to Turkey and learn to make meze, kebabs and baklava in this hands-on cooking class.
Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting ahands-on Turkish cooking classon Saturday, October 24. You'll explore Istanbul's crossroads cuisine – where Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Central Asian flavors meet – cooking a spread of meze, flatbreads and grilled kebabs before wrapping up with baklava. Best of all, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
