Fire Safe Marin will be tabling at the Sunday Marin Civic Center Farmers Market offering the community an opportunity to engage directly with Ambassadors and ask questions about wildfire preparedness.

Fire Safe Marin is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a fire-adapted community in Marin County. FSM provides educational programs, resources, and expertise to help residents, neighborhoods, and stakeholders prepare for wildfire and reduce fire hazards.

Directions:

Meet at Village Green Park (intersection of Hwy 1 and Calle Del Mar) in downtown Stinson Beach. From Hwy 101 in Mill Valley, take the exit for Hwy 1 N/Stinson Beach north. Follow signs to stay on Hwy 1 north for approximately 12.5 miles. The park is on the left, split into areas I and II by Calle Del Mar.

Featuring voices from the front lines, they explore resilience, grief, and activism and remind us that shared human values can unite us in building a more sustainable future.

Thoughtful Thursdays are drop-in hands-on programs aimed at students entering kindergarten through 3rd grade.  All materials provided, no registration necessary. This Thursday, we'll be reading Dazzling Zelda and designing our own wardrobes just as Zelda Wynn Valdes did.  You'll bring home your own paper doll and all the paper clothes you want to make!
